Enabling people who have complex needs to live as independently as possible, enjoy meaningful activities, and participate in the community.
Diane helps people acquire the skills needed for independent living. She works with people who have challenges with completing Activities of Daily Living (ADL) as a result of mental health conditions, acquired brain injury, and intellectual disability.
She also works with those who experience homelessness, have behaviours of concern, alcohol or substance misuse, histories of offending and multiple and complex needs. |
